Hi,
First create an RFC to the particular client of your dev system manually using SM59.
Check if you are able to connect to the system. I suspect a network issue i.e the port to your dev system from solution manager is not open.
You could also do a telnet to the message server port of the dev system and test.
Let me know what result you get and then we can further evaluate the issue.

mail form translation error
Hi, all
In the CRM Web UI mail form, Firstly, I made a mail form as an English in the orginal language.
After that, I translated anoter language like Korean.
And then I log on the system as a Korean language, I tested email action.
Although I translated a language from English to Korean, I got an email notification which was written in english.
I want to get an email which was written in Korean.
How to do it?

Error running CBTA: TAF_Controller.vbs has not been loaded
Dear Gurus.
Recently I did the setup for CBTA tool in a Solution Manager 7.1 SP 13, now I am able to record the script using CBTA but at time to run it, the automated script fail with the following error:
ERROR: TAF_Controller.vbs has not been loaded in order to override the ActivateSessionListener method
Code: 800A271D
Source: CBASE Initialization
To try to fix it, we install the notes

2175828 - CBTA - Test Script Execution fails - Library TAF_Controller.vbs has not been loaded
But the error still happening, thanks if you can help me with some ideas to fix it.

Re: Transpoting requests using SAP SOLUTION MANAGER
Hi Vaman,
Have you configured Transport Management System with ChaRM. If not then please configure it first.
Also Please define Import Strategy for Transport Request.
Follow below steps for it.
SPRO->SAP Solution Manager->Capabilities->Change Control Management->Transport Management System -> Define Transport Strategy for Transport Request.
Also you need to configure all below details.
1. On which status you want to Release TR from Dev system
2. On which status you want to import TR to Quality System
3. On which status you want to Import TR to Productive System.
If you can configure all above things, TR will be imported automatically as per status changed.
NOTE : You have to set up STMS in Solution Manager first.
You can add all Managed system into transport route as well. And you can manually import TR from Dev to Qas to PRD as well using STMS from SolMan.
Do let me know if you need more information.

Hi Ma,
This is not possible, the smdsetup script defines in which system the Diagnostics agent will try to connect, and it is not possible to define more than one target system.
In a case like this, you have to install two agents per system, or maybe you can connect the dev systems in the dev Solman, and the productive systems in the productive Solman.

BPCA-CHARM integration: BPCA creation action not available
Hi Gurus,
I am working on integrating BPCA with ChaRM in solution manager. Our solution manager system is 7.1 SP12. I want to enable 'Create BPCA Analysis ' action in ChaRM so that I can trigger BPCA session from within the particular request for change.
I see that this functionality/action is not available with the standard Charm business role : 'SOLMANPRO'. I am unable to locate from where exactly I have to enable this option.
I am attaching a screenshot of a document which shows this option. The image is not very clear. Apologies for that.
Please guide me through the steps to enable this functionality.

I am doing initial sync between SLD and LMDB and every 1% finish takes 2-3 hours. I am using SolMam 7.1 SP14 with local SLD. I have updated CIM Model and CR Content to the latest values.
In SM37 job log (SAP_LMDB_LDB_0000000001), i see below value even after 3.5 hours. There is no progress shown here:

TCode SLG1 does not show any meaningful data.
There are no hanging locks in SM12 against table LMDB*.
Background JOB is running for passt 3.5 hrs and shows below information:
The value for Sequential Read is increasing by 3 per sec. Insert value is updating randomly. Can you please suggest if this progress is normal? I have updated table stastics in DB using BRTOOLS but it did not bring any benefit. Can you please suggest what else can i do to improve the sync performance?
