while create support message from solution manager one component get disabled automatically
kindly find the screen for the same
in below u can see MM get untick automatically
in below all these also in disable mode when we manually activate MM then only

with this tcode only we can select the comonent but the MM on automatically untick after some time'

Generally this is expected as SAP does not want to use the MM component directly hence it will prohibit you for raising the component with MM directly. This had to deal with when you are using the send to SAP functionality integration with ITSM.
You need to be more specific or you need to choose from given sap components.
Also I hope you must have schedule DSWP_GET_CSN_COMPONENTS job.

In SM30 we maintain ZDSWP_CSNCOMP from this when we go further in that MM get disables every time we need it to maintain that component manually everytime

Hi,
In Incident Management one of incident is in "In-Process printed" status and when we are trying to edit the message, status field of message is greyed out. We are unable to change the status of issue.
We are using the SOLMAN 7.1 SP13.

Run the authorization trace on your id and id maintained in READ rfc in the managed system and then run the report. See if you got any issues there.

I just have staretd working on CBTA. I could run the tests successfully for Purchase requisition and Purchase orders -such business processes, but I am being unable to run the tests for creating master data - MM01. I do the cycle when I launch CBTA, but in recording, it says "Material already maintained for this transaction". Can you please guide me on the same?

I think you should try to run the report RPT_CLEAR_SL_CACHE in the Solution Manager first, and then rerun the job to see if it helps, because this will clear the synchronization information for technical systems, to ensure all systems will be uploaded again.
Because there is a check in the upload job as per note 2177157
"In addition, if the last synchronization of the system was performed during the last 4 weeks and no change occurred since then, the system considers an upload unnecessary, so no upload will be performed."

Check the variants , TDC for your test case it seems there seems to be issue.
It is more of a functional issue, where there might be inconsistency in your managed system
for table MARA and MARC.Check the note 113966 and run the report which rectified the inconsistency.
