info for other customers, who will face the same issue:
i opened a SAP-Support ticket to that issue,
answer from SAP:
the issue is located and fixed, but the solution is not released yet,
this will be distributed in future-sap-note or/and future-SPS.
the workaround is to open a separate MOPZ for each SID / sap-system

Document status is E0009. It is Processing Phase.
I have Sequence field set for all statuses except Base, Init and CANCX.
For E0010 CANCX sequence is not set according to SPRO documentation.

E-Mail layout incorrect
Dear All,
I follow Incident Management and Change Request Management: E-Mail functionality in SAP Solution Manager 7.1 Option 6.2 - Mail form definition to set my email layout.
But I check the email as you can see on Attach Files "Variable blank", I find the variable can not be display correctly.
Did those variables like "SAP_CRMS_SRQM_GEN_FIELDS-CRM_SRQM_DESC" had already change?
How should I find those variables technical name?

How to add a new system in Maintenance Optimizer
Hi experts,
I want to update my SAP NW 73 Java stack through SUM. Also I have SAP Solution Manager. So I stopped on step where I need to add stack.xml in SUM for update. When I connect to Solution Manager (tr - SM_WORKCENTER) I choose Change Manager -> Maintenance Optimizer -> New Maintenance Transaction and I don't know how to add my SAP NW 73.
How to add, guys?

Hallo,
connect the NW Java to the Solution Manager SLD and get the data pushed to the SLD.
Once that is done you need to update the Solution Manager LMDB from the SLD (in general this should be done autmatically if your Solution Manager is setup correctly).
You will be able to use the system in MOPZ once it is in the LMDB.

First of all make sure the SLD/LMDB synch should be fine, it will be advised to have the managed system setup till RFC creation.
Please create a logical component for the SAP NW system in the SOLMAN. Create the solution and add that logical component in the solution then when you will select the solution you can see your system in mopz.

Specify user authentication failed in SUM
Hi,
I want to upgrade Support Package via SUM. When the step Specify Credential I got error that username or password is incorrect. Whereas I input a correct password. I used <SID>ADM and the password within os level user.
I have been check note 927637 and try to applied service/protectedwebmethods = DEFAULT in profile parameter within SAP System but still error.
