EXPORT_CTS_WS SOAMANAGER Solman CTS+ HANA connection

Hi,

 

 

I am trying to configure CTS+ on Solman 7.1 SR2 (SP 14) to connect with HANA.

 

My first problem is that when I try to create a binding for EXPORT_CTS_WS the http port being used is 80xx rather than 5xx00.

 

As a result, the url alias ( soap:address location)  thats generated looks like this :

The URL with 80xx http://solmanhost:80xx/001/export_cts_wshttp://solman.int.centiq.co.uk:8001/sap/bc/srt/wsdl/flv_10002A111AD1/bndg_url/001/export_cts_ws?sap-client=001

 

This gives me an error 500

 

 

On the other hand if port 5xx00 is used (manually on the address ) then i get an error 400 ( not found)

In any case the end result is : that when i try and connect HANA ( SPS 10) to solution manager CTS , I  get a destination not reached error.


I have referred to 2097341 - HALM Integration with CTS Issues for help.  And so i wonder if i need to resolve the port issue first.

 

Is there a way i could generate the binding with port 5xx00 rather than 80xx ?

 

Please can somebody help ?

Dear

i did the same previously PRD system is taken for my one instance but it will not able to create stack so deleted the PRD sys and recreate it new it simply do not add PRD system of that instance just suggest how to add logical system to prd sys prd sys to solutions and i want get that SID while connecting SYSTEM to soluitons

I have an product system but it is not able to add to Logical components and solutions if we add then it does't show SID which it has to pick automatically. i mentioned same in my attached docu

Dear

the which u specified that show the note was not released some body suggest me some times sap to make changes in existing note they lock the note for 2 days i also wait for same note if u want u also check it shows message note is not released

Thans for reply

i did the same i connected ABAP sys to SLD through RZ70 first it shows some error of rfc then i sort that now it is running fine but in tcode SOLMAN_SETUP when i was checking LMDB setup

the SLD was in red status how to correct it i tried but not able to do the same

 

send some docu for that

Hi,

 

Have you checked with the report RLMDB_SYNC_TECHNICAL_SYSTEM to omit the manual data ? If possible try to use the report & resync the SLD data.

No (valid) TMW destination found error while generating DVM GSS report

Hi,

 

I am trying to generate DVM GSS report for one of the systems in our landscape , In Technical Preparation step I am getting an error "No (valid) TMW destination found"  while SM<SID>CLNT<XXX>_TMW is working fine.

 

Both the connection test and authorization test are successful for the TMW RFC strangely I am facing no valid TMW RFC error in preparation phase, not sure where and what I am missing for this particular system.

 

I generated DVM report for some other systems successfully with the same UID.  It would be very helpful if  someone provide their thoughts on this .

Hello Imran,

 

You must have installed Introscope Enterprise Manager on your Solution Manager host. (Can be on different host too)

 

Install SMD on you Java System's host.

 

Perform Managed System Config for the Java System. This will install Introscope Bytecode Adaptor for your Java System.

 

Then you can have EWA reports, Interactive Reports.

By using Wily Workstation or Webview tools you can see detailed reports about your Java System.

As far as I know,

Since Solution Manager 7.1 is a dual stack system when you want to install additional DI, it will be dual stack, too.

Alert Management Reporting Error in Alert Inbox

Hi All,

 

I have configured Technical Monitoring in Solution Manager 7.1 SP12.

 

Alerts are visible under Technical Monitoring --> Alert Inbox. But when i am trying to open Reporting it is opening a blank page with Error - RSL Error 1of 6 Error #2032.

 

I checked  the Extractor Framework - Alert Management Reporting it is active and the status is also green.

 

Any suggestions where do i check for the resolution.

Hi Prakhar ,

 

We have a quality team who performs these document upload and reviewing . And at the same time when the functional team is checking out  the document . Our QCS is manually checking in the document using the above method suggested by you.

 

And we don't want anyone to check out until the same person check in the document again.

 

So could you please advice is there any other way of restricting this .

Hi All,

 

We have completed service desk configuration and working fine.

 

We have users in ECC and when they created tickets successfully managing from Solman system.

 

But we have some users in Solman only and unable to assign the tickets to the users who are in solution manager and getting below error whenever we assign.

 

Error:

 

Partner test1 test1 (Message Processor) is neither an employee nor an organizational unit

 

Please advice.

So finally I made it.

In the customizing there is a step, where you can define the execution time of actions, per status.

There was the action APP_SCOPE defined as 1, so exectuing after checks.

I switched to 0 and now it works.

However, you have to be carefully, and this only makes sense if you really want to have it before the checks!

HI Karthik

 

You need to rectify their Business partners.

 

Go to tcode BP, give their bp number and then go to change mode, then assign the bp type employee.

 

Give the user id in the username it will prompt you as a mandatory field.

How to use the SLDs content in own developments?

Hello,


We run a SolMan 7.1 SP13 and integrated SLD containing all information of connected systems.

How to use SLD in some self-designed Software?

 

I assume there are some function modules or the successors of it, classes, to effectively process information previously stored in SLD.
Let us assume, there is a hostname and I would like to get the SAP System running on it.
Or vice versa - what hosts are assigned to a certain SAP-SID?
What SAP Systems will go out of service, when one certain database server goes down for maintenance?


How to solve? Is there any documentation available, useful links, or a solution, perhaps already?

Many thanks for your response . Actually along with the above authorization , It is also using the auth.object C_SIGN wtih ACTVT=73.

 

But is that possible to remove the Check OUT option itself from the ATTRIBUTE link.
