Hi Sudheer,
Couple of things:
1st: If you have a portal system connected to your ECC, add this technical system with your ECC system in your product system. This product system should be related to the portal product system.
2nd: Run verification check for the product instance and try to remove the error and warning. It will take care of the rest of things.
Your product version will be ERP 6.0, EHP 5 For ERP 6.0, EHP2 for Netweaver 7.0 and so on..... depending on source components.
Once all done check for its consistency.

You will need to create a Logical Component for your new system (T01) and add this newly created Logical Component to a Solution Landscape in order to see the system in Maintenance Optimizer.
If you don't already have an existing Solution Landscape, you will need to create a new one.

This may be the issue with your local browser.
Try to oepn with Chrome browser.
If you still face error then, reinstall JAVA in your local desktop.(I assume that you are opening SUM GUI from local desktop)

Then realized that documentation was not right:
Add the External Component Package
Copy the External Component Package
Copy the two files that you downloaded from CA’s FTP server to the directory which contains the installer (see Chapter 1, Download Third-Party External Component Package from CA). The following files should be copied:
eula.txt
The osgiPackages archive appropriate for your system:
o osgiPackages.v9.1.5.0.windows.zip, for a Windows system
o osgiPackages.v9.1.5.0.unix.tar, for a UNIX system (including IBM i)
After few other attempts, I used osgi package ver. 2.1.4 and it worked fine:
Installation was done successfully.

Julio, TAO uses an HP QC API called OTA. With this API TAO can retrieve the list of tests from QC, plus properties on them, like their type (Manual, automatic) etc. You can see this in the QC UI tes type is the property that would identify the test type manual. The manual test would be part of the test plan on QC, so I am not sure what you mean by in scope, if not defined witin the scope of the test plan? Regards

I'm quite certain you've figured this out before now - but the reason why you are not finding the FM is it is calling an RFC.
You need to look at the value in your destination to find the correct system for your FM.
DESTINATION ls_global_get-oss_rfcdest.

Based on your screenshots I'm not sure if you are reviewing the ABAP side or the Java side?
Did you do the following:
- Tx RZ70 pointing at SolMan (ABAP)
- SLDDataSupplier pointing at SolMan (Java)
Another consideration to have, if you have systems like ECC pointing to this PO server for SLD; you will need to create an SLD sync in order for ECC SLD updates to be seen by SolMan. It is also a requirement of PI monitoring on SolMan.

No entirely sure what you are looking for, but here is an example of the PI section within Wily:
So the SolMan part of PI Monitoring is to allow for alerting and long term reporting, Wily is a realtime tool (15 sec delay for "real time") that can display various metrics if you need to monitor PI functions at that time. Wily data is also only good for 30 days, with the free version that comes with SolMan, if you purchase the full version then I believe you can keep more history.

По дефолту Менеджер там не доступен но! 
никто не мешает вам его туда добавить.
Далее выбирать уже по нему.
Далее выбираем Схему партнеров 00000032 Installed Base/IBase - Partner Functions in Procedure
Новые записи далее вам будет понятно.
Как сделаете отпишите и наверное давайте лучше на английском ато нас могут забанить

Upgrade the kernel? You mean I need to upgrade to the latest version to move to next step, don't I? If so, I, however, have already gone to the "execute" phase, which means it starts installation. At this phase, I am not sure if I could go back to previous steps for upgrade. Also, I have used the latest version.
I have another problem here. Today, I would like to continue to install solution manager from where I stopped installation yesterday. Yet, it doesn't allow me to continue and show some error to me as following:

So this is interesting, I'm trying to setup a new MO and have issues with a Host level template (Windows).
The odd - Error similar to yours, but its been working for the other 3 BoE servers
The super odd - Changing the template to Windows, all lights go green, set it back and all the Host template that has been in use, flips back to red with the same error...
Smells like I have a bad template...all of a sudden...
