Hi all,
I have recently activated the System Monitoring for a BW system and from the beginning I'm receiving alerts about the Oracle Data Buffer quality. As per Solution Manager the quality is 88% constantly but if I go to DB02 the quality is 99% (fortunately 
). Even iun RZ20 the value is also 99%.
Have you seen this issue in your installation?
My solution manager is 7.1 SP8

We're on Solman 7.1 SP8...
We had an issue with opening SOLMAN_SETUP with SP 4 too...
With SP 8, it accepts the credentials on the main webpage & then gives the same error as SP 4:
ERROR: Syntax error in program CL_WDR_NW7_PAGE_CTRL_ADP======CP . (termination: RABAX_STATE)
I wasn't able to find any Notes for this...please advise...
icm/host_name_full has been set to FQDN

Have you tried from solman_workcenter is it also giving the same error .Are you getting any dump ..?

The service ags_workcenter is active but the test says the same thing: can't be reached...
ags_work_appln works fine so does webgui.

Hi Ajitabh,
If you are getting this error after LMDB setup and in the synchronization job? If so check the user for which the SLD has been setup. Goto t code SLDAPICUST and check the sld user credentials(SLDDSUSER) and also check the RFC LMDBdesti whether its working fine.

Go to RZ10 and check parameter icm/host_name_full then edit your PC /etc/host file and add solman server IP and icm/host_name_full value
Ex. 10.0.0.20 solman.server.com

Do you have fire wall between the solman and the your pc. If yes have you opened the http port .
Please port icm logs and SMICM service screen shot.
is the url generated with fully qualified host name or just the host name.
please also check the below parameters.

This parameter must be attributed to the fully qualified server name (for example,
wdfd002568.wdf.sap). The name must contain at least two periods, see also SAP Note 434918.

Template should contain the details shown in the attachment.
When i create the message using SOLMAN_WORKCENTER in Test Management i get the details enclosed in the screen shot. But i dont get these details when i create using STWB_WORK.

SE38 for Class interface CL_WDR_NW7_PAGE_CTRL_ADP has a syntax error:
With SP4, we never saw the login page for SOLMAN_SETUP too (with IE)...however; after SP 8, this error comes up after entering the credentials...

The original poster's system is now on SP3.
That means that the information must be all populated in SMSY, because Maintenance Optimizer in Solution Manager 7.1 SP3 reads the data from SMSY, not from LMDB.

The use of BI client in the ERP system is only recommended for quite small installation with very limited use of BI reporting, as far as I know. The BI system is often pretty performance consuming and if BI is integrated in the ERP system it will of course affect the ERP system users. The fact that BI systems need an OLAP optimized database configuration to perform at its best is well known, so the OLTP database will not perform as good. The functionality is the same between the 2 systems, though.

1) Did you run the complete SOLMAN_SETUP configuration ? This is mandatory for MOPZ, specially the LMDB configuration.
System Preparation is initial step of SOLMAN_SETUP and I need some SPs to proceed this steps and I can download these SP via Maintenance Optimizer as i mentioned above..
would you confirm me that may i configure SLD and LMDB before initial and basic Configuration .
