Any possibility to change PO Release strategy into three steps

Dear All,

In our organisation, on Purchase order, PO release strategy is into 2 steps (like Purchase Head and Plant head). Now the requirement is, we are looking to change the same in to three steps (Like Purchase Head, Account Head, and Plant Head), while editing the same. Is any possibility to do the same, If any setting is required, Kindly let me know.
