I have to contradict you Karthik, Visual Administrator was removed with the release of 7.1.

Java < 7.10 you have to use Visual Administrator.  SolMan is a good example of having to do this.

Java equal or greater than 7.10 (7.11, 7.3, 7.31, etc etc), you have to go through NWA.
