Not completely, we have solved it for most of our customers using data separation. You can configure it from SPRO -> SAP Solution Manager -> SAP Partner -> Service Provider -> Solution Documentation for Service Provider. As we did not want to activate it for all the customer, we are still using it in Test mode, and activating it for specific customers. It works fine, but we have found some cases where the Solution is assigned correctly, but no system appears under it. We are still trying to solve this issue. Hope this helps.
