Hi,

make an entry in tns_admin/tnsnames.ora as well i.e /usr/sap/SID/SYS/profile/oracle/tnsnames.ora

Following files should have same entiries;

1) /sapmnt/<SID>/profile/oracle/tnsnames.ora

2) /oracle/<SID>102_64/network/admin/tnsnames.ora
