Usually the first reaction will be calculated when you update the status once from initial status.
If you want to know the time spent by an incident only in the "In process" status, you can create the duration types for same.
Assign this duration types to the status values.

Solman_setup is now fine.
However, on creating a ticket I still get the error.
Do I haev to create the project again or do some activities in smsy again, so that it shows effect?

Suppose we need to get list of Projects from CHARM(SolMan) system then what could be url for Odata Service that we can get All Projects List . Is Standard Odata is available for the same?

I have Installed SAP Solution Manager 7.1, OS is Linux and Database is Oracle 11.2.0.3. After the Installation i have performed general post installation steps of SAP system, example: Installed SAP License, TMS configured, Installed and Configured Router..etc.
My requests are:
-> Can i perform SPS 14 upgrade before Configuring Solution Manger 7.1.
-> If yes can i use the SPS 14 which has come along with Solution Manger 7.1 DVD.
-> Please share if there are any additional prerequisites for SM 7.1 upgrade to SPS 14 which are not mentioned in Service Market Place.

All Created CRs from CHARM are being fetched but I want that whichever user logged their CRs needs to be fetched , It means user specific.But it is giving all created CRs List.
Q1. Could you help me that what URL I should pass with parameters that I could get user specific CRs.
Q2. As you suggested that there is no standard odata available for getting existing projects list from CHARM System right?

I am following OSS Note 1912801 to set up the runtime library. In the OSS Note, it said that I need three roles.
Security has added these roles to my profile; however, when I go to the client’s Web Service Configuration, the “Create Service” button is not active. Do you know what security role I need to have that button active? Please see the screenshot below. We need the runtime library to handle MIGO.

Unfortunately I already looked at this note and it's not applicable, it says the fix is in ST710 SP08 I am running SP14. Not only that but there is no IP listed in the listener only hostname. I've checked both the old listener as well as the new one.
My only option now even though it was on the books anyway, is to remove the old oracle home.
